About me

Hi, I'm Tomek. I help business owners show up online.

I design websites, look after your position in Google and run Google Business Profiles. All so that customers near you find you easily and pick up the phone.

I work on my own, with nobody in between. You deal with me directly, from the first e-mail to the day the site goes live.

Education

A computer scientist with a business background.

I graduated in Applied Computer Science with a specialisation in Software Engineering from the Kraków University of Economics. It is a university that puts technology next to the realities of business, and that combination genuinely pays off in my work: I understand not only the code, but also what the site is supposed to achieve and what the Client should get out of it.

While still studying I did a paid internship at a web design agency in Kraków. After a few months they offered me a full-time job and I stayed. I left of my own accord when my Parents, my Brother and I founded the family company Family Party Sp. z o.o. That decision gave me something a salaried job never would: full responsibility for a project from beginning to end.

Experience

From an agency to businesses of my own.

At a Kraków agency I designed sites for companies from very different trades: manufacturing plants, building firms, property developers. I soon saw the problem most of them were left with: a website on its own doesn't make the phone ring. They needed someone to help turn it into growth.

Then I built sites for my own businesses: a restaurant, a wedding venue, a deli, brokerage in solar panels and property, worker accommodation. Each one from the first sketch to a Google profile wired into the site. I ran all the marketing myself too: local SEO, reviews, Facebook and Instagram campaigns. I learned on my own budget, so every bad decision came out of my own pocket.

Over time friends, family and local business owners started asking for help. That's how more sites followed, for small companies that used to live on word of mouth and now find customers on Google too.

That's why today I specialise in local companies and work with only a few Clients. You talk to me directly, with no departments and no tickets. The goal never changes: a site that brings you customers, not one that merely exists.

I build in technologies that are fast and cheap to keep running — no WordPress and no plugins that break. Your site behaves like a good car: it drives, and it doesn't need attention every day.

My principles

Four things I promise every Client.

Direct contact

You have my number, my e-mail and you know where the office is, so do get in touch. The person who answers is me, not a bot.

Transparent costs

I give a fixed price before we start and I stick to it. No “oh, I forgot to mention” once the work is done.

Care after launch

30 or 60 days of small fixes free of charge, depending on the package. After that I'm still around. When something needs changing, call.

Beyond the agency

An entrepreneur from practice, not from theory.

I am the President of the Board of Family Party Sp. z o.o., a family company with an interesting chapter behind it: for years I ran a restaurant with a wedding venue. That is a business which lives or dies by whether customers find you. The experience changed how I think about websites. I know what it means to wait for bookings, and I understand the pressure a small business owner is under.

Today the Company works in a different trade — it runs worker accommodation. Changing industries was another lesson: how to carry a company through a shift, build visibility online from scratch and reach a different kind of Client. I understand those challenges because I went through them myself.

Within that same Company I run DomaDev — the name I design websites and do online marketing for Clients under. The two worlds don't pull apart. What I do for you today grew directly out of what I had to learn running businesses of my own.

There is one more consequence I'd rather say out loud: DomaDev is not the Company's only source of income. So I don't have to take every job to close the month. I can choose projects and give each one as much time as it really needs — what counts for me is the quality, not the number of invoices. And if I decide I'm not the right person for your project, I'll say so straight away instead of taking a deposit.

Sport

Training is my daily reset.

I keep an active life. It isn't a passing fashion but a deliberate choice I've stuck with for years. Depending on the day: kickboxing, boxing, the gym, the bike, swimming or a hike in the mountains. Each of them gives me something different, but they all share one thing — you simply have to get up and start.

Years of regular training built three habits in me that carry straight over into work: showing up, staying with a goal, and being consistent. There is no shortcut — not in the gym, and not when building a good website.

  • Kickboxing
  • Boxing
  • Gym
  • Cycling
  • Swimming
  • Mountain hiking

One good day counts for little. What counts is every day.

Books

I read every day. No exceptions.

Reading daily is a habit I've kept for years. Novels, business, science, personal and inner growth, inspiring and esoteric books, philosophy — Eastern philosophy above all. No genre boundaries. A few titles I genuinely recommend:

  • OrwellNineteen Eighty-Four
  • HuxleyBrave New World
  • KiyosakiRich Dad Poor Dad
  • DraganKwantechizm 2.0
  • FranklMan's Search for Meaning
  • ClearAtomic Habits
  • GogginsCan't Hurt Me
  • DostojewskiThe Idiot
  • BieleckiSpod zamarzniętych powiek
  • TolleThe Power of Now

…and many more. The list is long and still growing.

Ask a question
  • I don't hide the range. A landing page is from 899 PLN, a business website with four to six pages from 2,900 PLN, and a bespoke project from 4,900 PLN. Running your Google Business Profile is from 480 PLN/mo. All amounts are net — 23% VAT is added on top. After a short conversation you get one fixed figure in writing.

  • Once you accept the quote we sign a contract and you pay a 30% deposit. You pay the rest only after the site goes live and you have approved it, not before. I issue a VAT invoice. The quoted amount is fixed, so nothing gets added along the way.

  • A landing page takes three to seven days, a business website two to three weeks, a bespoke project four to six. I count from the moment you approve the design. A lot depends on how quickly you send me your texts and photos.

  • No. That part is my job. You tell me what you do and what you need, and I explain everything in plain language and walk you through the whole process.

  • Yes, if you want to. I can add a content editing panel for 999 PLN, so you can change texts, photos or opening hours yourself, and I'll show you how to use it. In the “Website without limits” package the panel is included. Don't want to deal with it at all? Write or call, and I usually update hours, prices or a new photo the same day.

  • You can keep the site with me for 149 PLN a month, and then hosting, the certificate, backups and updates are on me. You can also buy both in your own name; I'll set everything up, but the renewals are then yours to remember. Either way, the site is your property.

  • I don't disappear. For 30 days after launch, fixes are included, and after that I'm here whenever something needs changing, adding or updating. I can also take over your Google Business Profile or run a blog, so the site brings in more customers from Google over time.

  • It doesn't need updates to keep working. There is no database and no plugins that have to be patched every month before they turn into a way in for an attacker, so once it's live the site simply stands there and does its job. It is still worth refreshing from time to time, because the technology I built it with and the editing panel get new versions with security and speed fixes. That is part of the care plan: I keep an eye on updates and install them without downtime, so you don't have to think about it.

  • No. I meet clients from Słomniki, Kraków and the surrounding area in person, because they value face-to-face contact. Apart from that I work online with companies all over Poland — everything can be arranged by phone, e-mail and video call.
